  • Feasibility studies and reports considering optimum services solutions balancing initial capital investment with running costs and whole life cycle costing.
  • Planning stage renewable energy and sustainability reports required to satisfy local authorities and BRE environmental assessment methods.
  • Design stage carbon emission calculations such as SAP and SBEM to ensure optimum efficiency in buildings and compliance with statutory regulations and best practice.
  • Production of predictive energy assessments (PEA’s)

  • Preparation of specifications and layout drawings for the M&E services for design build, performance and traditional procurement routes.

  • Lighting design and daylight calculations.
  • Thermal modelling calculations.
  • Budget cost estimates, cost analysis and tender evaluation/ appraisal.
  
  • Technical surveillance of M&E contractors design and installation processes.
  • Witnessing of testing and commissioning operations and schedules.
  • Checking and reviewing operation and maintenance instructions, drawings and user guides.
  • Production, checking or reviewing of building log books.
  • Condition and dilapidation surveys and reports.
  • Maintenance specifications and contract documents.
  • Post construction SAP/ SBEM calculations, Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) and Display Energy Certificates (DEC’s)
  • Air-conditioning inspection reports.
  • Energy assessments, studies and conservation measures as qualified energy assessors.
  • Specification of vertical transportation systems.
